Our carefully structured courses promote safe practices and water confidence, but above all provide a positive, fun environment for babies to develop their natural affinity with water. All our submersions are child-led and we never force your little one to go underwater.
Our classes are an ideal environment for mothers and fathers to bond with their babies and toddlers, for children to begin to socialise and for whole families to spend quality time together.
BABY YOGA
Baby Yoga complements Baby Massage beautifully and is a great follow on. In one short session a baby experiences as much physical activity as they would receive if they were handled and carried all day which should help them sleep for longer.
We also include some gentle postnatal exercises for mum. Don't worry if you've never done yoga before, you won't be expected to get you or your baby into any strange positions!
Flutterbabies is a local company providing a range of fun, nurturing and relaxed courses in Baby and Toddler Swimming, Aqua Sensory, Baby Yoga, Baby Massage, Baby and Toddler Signing and Baby, Toddler and Pre-School Messy/Sensory play and Storytime classes. Our courses encourage babies and their carers to bond, socialise and spend fun and quality time together. Our approach is unique. All our classes are structured around the development of your baby but are flexible and we adapt to the mood that baby is in on the day working at a pace that both you and your little one are happy with.

Baby Signing has been around for the past 30 to 40 years and has become increasingly popular in the UK over the last 10 years.
Many people have the misconception that using sign language may delay or interfere with their child’s verbal language but research has shown that the opposite is true and that signing actually accelerates language and speech development.

AQUA SENSORY
This is unlike any other traditional swimming programme or dry land sensory class.
It combines dry land activities like music, massage, singing, signing, discovery play and movement in the swimming pool which is in fact a natural multi-sensory enrivonment in itself.
BABY, TODDLER & PRE-SCHOOL SENSORY PLAY AND STORYTIME
These fun themed classes for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers consist of storytime, messy and sensory play followed by song time.
Your little one is encouraged to lead you to their desired activity whilst you stand back and allow them to explore.
